Addresses
Please double check that the shipping addresses for all gift recipients are complete with name, street number, apartment number and suite number where necessary. We cannot guarantee shipments lost or damaged due to inaccurate or out-of-date addresses. Incomplete and wrong addresses receive an additional UPS charge of $5.00.

Shipping costs (per recipient): Our shipping charges are in addition to the product prices and are based on merchandise total (before tax) shipped per delivery address. See order form for shipping costs. Please note that shipping charges are per recipient.

We provide a convenient, secure, online ordering system. When you have found a gift you like, click on "Buy Now" button and it will take you to our PayPal shopping cart.

Many of our baskets offer you a choice of colors. If no color is chosen, we reserve the right to coordinate the colors in your basket. Please see our order form for color choices.

Gift Certificates

Custom baskets and gift certificates are also available. When you are sending gifts, we will enclose your personal greetings. Please enter your message and name in the space provided at Checkout. Your greetings and signature are personally prepared and included with the gifts you have selected.

After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from horsebaskets.com. First, we will notify you of receipt of your order. You will receive a second email letting you know when and how your order shipped.

We want you to be happy with your experience with Gift Horse Baskets - and that includes exchanges and returns

Item must be in brand new condition with all tags, merchandise boxes, bags etc. Do not use the gift box as the external shipping package - damaged or defaced packages may result in a refusal of a return

Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for shipping returns back to us, and your account will be charged for shipping exchanges.

Exchanges are shipped out upon return of your item(s) unless other arrangements have been made.

Store credits are issued as gift certificates to be used whenever and however you please.

Refunds are made only on the merchandise amount. Once an item is returned to stock, a refund is made back to the original credit card generally within 30 days.
